Fitness and Diet Diaries
I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach and showing by example. That is why, instead of telling you of the things you can do to get in shape and lose weight, I am going to only post what I will be doing and my results. Everyday, starting next Sunday, I will have daily fitness and diet diaries.
This week, I am going to prepare. I have my Walk Away the Pounds and Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer dvds ready. I have a Wii with My Fitness Coach. I plan to go out and buy Cardio Workout and EA Sports for the Wii within the next month. For now, I am going to start with what I have.
For my diet, I am going to stick to a mainly meditterean diet, with lots of grapes, fresh vegetables, whole grains and olive oil. This diet is not just great for your health, but also for your hair and skin. I bought the ‘Eat This Not That’ books and will use them as my shopping guide to make sure that I do not overeat or eat useless calories. I will also be tracking all of this on www.Sparkpeople.com.
